DSG "COLD COVER"

The DSG "COLD COVER" radiates heat out of the transmission and into the ambient air. It also looks fresh to death. Track cars routinely go into limp mode when oil temperatures reach 138°C/280°F. When that happens, the Mechatronic unit commands a reduction in engine torque. As heat goes past 145°C/293°F, the multi-disc clutches are no longer provided with fluid pressure and the clutches open.) -PARTY OVER. You're done.
