The Cortex EBC VR Sensor Conditioner provides a simple interface for connecting magnetic or variable reluctance (VR) type sensors to the Cortex EBC electronic boost controller. Based on the MAX9924 IC, these conditioners take the AC waveform produced by a VR sensor and output a +12V square waveform that matches the frequency of the sensor signal.
