Total Time for Delivery
Total time for in-stock items is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. Processing time typically ranges from 24 to 72 business day hours for in-stock items. You will be notified about persistent back order situations. Items that are not in stock are subject to drop shipment. If a drop shipment is expected to take longer than 3 business days, you will be notified after the order is placed. Same day shipment is common but never promised.
Shipping methods with guaranteed performance are guaranteed by the carrier and not USRT. These include FedEx Express, USPS Priority Mail Express, and USPS Priority Mail Express Guaranteed. Reguar Priority Mail is never guaranteed. FedEx Ground services (including Home Delivery) are spefically not gauranteed but are very reliable. USRT will assist with claims against carriers that do not deliver within guaranteed time periods.
All quoted shipping times are estimates provided by their respective carriers and not USRT. Estimates are based on a New Jersey, USA warehouse location. Many shipments are done from elsewhere and may add to total delivery time.
Shipping and Handling Rates
For most products, our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order.
Return policy and limited guarantee against defects
For assistance with returning or exchanging a defective product, please contact us by email: email@example.com. Acceptable reasons for return include (but are not limited to) products which are defective or improperly specified/described. No restock fee will be assessed for defective or improperly specified/described items. Return shipments will be done at USRT's expense. Any refund due will be made after product is received and inventoried.
Change of mind or technical mistakes are not accepted as store faults and are considered invalid reason for returning goods. Any such return will be done at USRT's pleasure and will likely involve a 20% restock fee. Shipment costs will born by the customer. USRT-manufactured goods are backed directly by USRT. All other products purchased from USRallyTeam.com are backed first by the product manufacturer's warranty. USRT will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers.
Any returned parts must be returned for exchange in new condition, in unblemished original packaging, and must include registration cards, packing materials, and all other originally supplied accessories. Receipt must be within 30 days of the invoice date. USRT reserves the right to refuse returned items or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization issued by USRallyTeam.com or when the product manufacture's or distributor's return policies supersede ours.
