OEM flywheels have enough mass to smooth out the engine's natural harmonics. A tame daily driver is best equipped with a stock part. This full weight part fits all 1.8l 8v and 16v plus 2.0l 16v applications.

Note:
Dual and single pin flywheels and pressure plates should not be combined. More is involved in fitment than the number of pins. They are different size (6mm for dual and 7mm for single), and they also perform different functions. The earlier dual pin design both centers and locates the flywheel. Whereas, the single 7mm pin's sole function is to locate it. In such applications, centering is done with a lip inside the flywheel and raised tabs on the pressure plate. Bolts only clamp the components together. Without the proper pin setup or tabs, the flywheel hangs on the bolts as they're tightened and the assembly is uncentered. Lots of driveline vibration will result and then there's the probability of parts failure. Get it right.
